Great episode, but what really confuses me is the timeline 
If janice's father had been dead for a couple of years, who was her sister dancing with at the wedding? The way Janice's 2 sisters were fauning over that man that walked the bride up the aisle and had the 1st dance, and the way he spurned Janice made it seem that that was the abuser that had taken them in and pushed Janice out - which is confusing as their father was meant to be dead. If the wedding scenes were meant to be a flashback, it doesn't work bcz the wedding is one catalyst for Janice's killing venture - it is also mingled with scenes of Fitz's new baby, so if it had been meant as a flashback it would be a confusing and shoddy job-which Cracker isnt 
So the older man Janice's sisters are all over at the wedding- is he just a relative ,uncle maybe, that reminds Janice of her father? If so, he gives the impression that he was in on the way Janice + Nina's father treated his 3 daughters and that he could well have been a part of it?
